It is always about people! Kozmo Hotel’s warm hospitality is something that has been recognized by many guests who have experienced their service. All my needs have been taken care of immediately and with a great smile too. The staff members of the hotel pride themselves to belong to the elite, and they make you feel that way for the whole duration of your stay. It definitely made me feel special and if another opportunity to visit Budapest comes my way, I will not hesitate to come back and stay at Kozmo.
